On 3/18/09 The board of VTAT, Inc., our parent company, made the decision to close down our Low Voltage and Framing & Drywall division for 18 months or until the economy picks back up. This be effective 4/29/09 when our current contractor's license are due for renewal. We will keep our concrete division open and operating at this time.
